2 /5 Brett Cook: This company has gone way downhill over the years! Ive been a member for about 15 years, and all of the sudden, my account is getting restricted all the time. Nobody has the answers why. It takes 2 or 3 days to get cleared up to have access to my money again. The Client Services team can never see anything, and they put the blame on other departments. Then to talk to those departments, and get the run around. I also have tried to roll over my 401K into Fidelity, and there have been issues with opening accounts online with them, saying they cant verify my identity. Again, I call them, and have hit every department in the company, with no resolution. So, I highly suggest shopping elsewhere. I have recently opened an account with Charles Schwab. And plan to move everything there. Fidelity was once a fantastic company. Now, Im running from it!
