5 /5 Zarina Fuentes: I highly reccomend Hyland Partners! My husband and I are identity theft victims and traditional financing was not an option for us. Alicia worked with us from day 1! She knew what we were looking for and found us the perfect slice of heaven for us to call home. They do not judge your situation they go above and beyond to help get you into a home. They dont ask for much in return, just honesty, on time payments and above all communication. Alicia made this experience for us so amazing, I had tears when we signed the papers. We have a beautiful house that we have made a home in a very quiet area. Hyland Partners gives everyone a chance. They gave us the chance we needed. Personally I will be forever grateful!

5 /5 MIGUEL FUENTES: All I can say is thankyou to Hyland Partners. My wife and I were lucky enough to find them. You see, I had a stalker who stole mine and my wifes identity. We have been battling for years to clear our name. Hyland is the ONLY one who believed in us and worked with us no questions asked. They did not go off credit. Which for us was a blessing. We were given the opportunity to make the house into what we wanted. We have land. we have beautiful piece of property that we can call our own because of them. Anyone who says they had a bad experience, my guess would be that they were either evicted for non payment or left on their own. Hyland is very supportive and accomodating. I would definately reccomend Hyland Partners to anyone. Good or bad credit. We have had nothing but excellent communication with them from start til now. They helped us through a bad time with the identity theft and made sure we were in house when we needed to be. No one else does that. We are not perfect and like anyone my wife and I make mistakes, but having someone believe in you at your word is a rare treat nowadays. If you are honest with them you will have zero issues. Thank you again Hyland partners for getting us our dream property.

As a single mother of two with not the best credit Hyland Partners gave me the opportunity to be able to give my children a forever home. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with in the renting to own process. Finding Hyland was the best thing I ever did a changed mine an my children’s lives for the better. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a home they are the best.

Honestly it was the best opportunity & as of today, we now own our home & we are very satisfied with the process. We never had any problems leasing from them & Alicia went over & beyond to always be there with any questions or concerns. Great people to work with !!!
