1 /5 Shannara Feliciano: This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.

1 /5 W Mar: The biggest mistake of my life was joining this branch. I had issues with my account from the first day. And I just deposited a check that won’t clear for 4 days. They keep your money hostage. With no way to access your own money I have been calling all day and they send you to voice mail. No one ever picks up the phone. They have no care at all!!

1 /5 Tatha Chaudhury: I scheduled a notary appointment online in advance and then went to the branch only to be told there are no notaries active at the branch. Disable the feature if there are no notaries and stop wasting my time and commuting money.

1 /5 Dina Mohamed: This is one of the worst branches I’ve visited. The teller was inattentive and careless with my request, which caused mistakes that took over an hour to fix. To make matters worse, they kept only one teller open while others were closed, leaving a long line of frustrated customers. It took me more than an hour just to complete a simple withdrawal.
