Keisha Sweeting Everyone is always friendly and helpful here. There was ONE time when I got someone who was less friendly than the others and I have only seen that person the one time. I also love their online banking system. I just wish they had Saturday hours, and a location going between Oswego and Mexico.

Maureen Barnard I’ve tried to call several times, you state your hours are from 8:30 to 5… but no one picks up, the recording repeats itself over and over and over. My financial advisor told me he called and left a message and no one called him back. Your message center says leave a message, but your message center says, you cannot leave a message, it’s full. This is very annoying. Someone should be checking and correcting your phone message.

Reynold McEathron Hi to all at One Main Financial: I want to thankyou for your assistance once again. Youve helped me knock out my credit card debt, which I was beginning to drown in. You are also assisting me with this loan by helping me put together a place where musicians can get together and play music in our community. Im a drummer and violinist. Teaching and playing drums is something I truly enjoy doing. A little over 6 years ago I was doing just that until the apartments closed down. I was helping a couple of my grandchildren learn how to play. I have a couple of friends I played with many years ago who wish to come and play and even assist in helping other musicians or musicians to be come learn their instrument. I have the equipment for any musician who wants to play or sing with others as a group, experienced musicians. I also have the equipment to put videos on line, burn disks. Where I live now Im unable to do that. Sound levels. Ive been searching for just a place on the out skirts of town. I want to thankyou again for not only the assist in paying off my credit card debt, but for making my dreams and of other musicians come true. Mary R If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting
