4 /5 Steve Schmid: The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if youre older and do all your banking in person its probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and whats ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, its becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.
I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and Im happy I did, theyll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as Im writing this all their ATMs are down and cant accept cash or check deposits, so I think its a multi-faceted issue where its going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.
