1 /5 Maureen Austin: Absolutely terrible customer service and account representatives. They promise things they are not willing to work for. They do not keep good contact, they do not handle your case. You still have to do all the work by nagging them to do anything. They just sit and tell you lies. I have dealt with them for 5 years now and still no resolution on my case. Find a different company to work with.

1 /5 Karen Cooper: Frustrating! DO NOT TRUST. They make all kinds of promises about helping you with your credit card debt but they do not carry through with their promises. We were promised to be debt free in 36 months, more than half way there and not even close. Before they begin to settle your debt they collect THEIR ATTORNEY FEES! For the first 16 months more that half of the payment you make goes to fees. Leaves very little for creditors. They only contact them one at a time, smallest first. We ended up being taken to court and NO they do not help you with that either. Your on your own. We are in worse shape now than ever before. Call the credit card companies yourself, they will work with you!

5 /5 Jasmine: I dont know where these negative reviews comes from but Island group partners helped me alot. They took the weight off of my shoulders and handled everything. They keep communication in a month to month bases. They explain each settlement before moving forward and review how your account looks. They care and help their clients. VERY PROFESSIONAL! They work with you with monthly payments especially during the pandemic. My credit score had increased since they started with my accounts. They make their clients a top priority at Island Group Partners. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOUR LOOKING TO BECOME DEBT FREE. TRUST NO BAD REVIEW!

5 /5 Nina Haletky: Island Group Partners, LLC helped improve my life dramatically by representing my needs and interests and providing a service many dont know is available but much needed in our society! Several years ago I was swimming in credit card debt I thought I could pay back after I finished college and started my career. A few years in, I realized my careers salary (schoolteacher) was not going to be enough for me to live on and pay back my debts I had accumulated being a single mom and going to school, because of the high interests that would keep coming. I was horrified I had let this happen, and stressed, scared and working 2 and 3 jobs to make ends meet. I decided to take the plunge and call one of the numbers I had received in the mail offering help. I spoke with someone who was so understanding of my situation, explained the process so thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood completely what I was getting into and gave me confidence I was doing the right thing before entering into any contract. During the 3 year program every time I had a question or concern I was met with a quick and helpful response. The people I spoke with were always patient, kind and professional and took care of anything I needed or explained anything I wasnt sure about. At the end, they even helped me end my program one month early, saving me money. After the program ended, my credit card debts were all settled and my credit seemingly back to normal and good! It was a huge relief! Unfortunately when I went to get a new apartment it turns out the credit reporting agencies were still holding some of the negative credit card company history against me! I contacted Island Group Partners to tell them about this problem and they immediately went to work for me to help me solve this new problem even though it fell outside of their obligations to me. They went above and beyond to help me when they didnt have to. This just shows what kind of work they do, this is work for improving peoples lives and a much needed service for the many people like me that have willingly let themselves be taken advantage of by huge credit card companies and then are trapped in an abusive relationship with them. Island Group Partners doing this work is so important for many consumers like me that do not feel comfortable navigating the complicated world of credit but are devastatingly impacted in real world ways that hold us back from having the opportunities we deserve. These guys are the real deal, let them help you and you will be much better off. Thanks to their hard work I was able to get my credit fixed and got my new apartment and I am now proudly 100% debt-free! Thank you Island Group Partners!
