1 /5 Geneia Rood: I just got off the phone with a woman named Lynn and she was extremely rude to me as well my public assistance was denied and I was just asking why and she said “you did not report that u applied for unemployment” then said that when she looked to see if I had applied and that they hav acess to see if I did that I didn’t! I was very confused and with all of the call volumes of calls to unemployment I wasn’t able to get through for weeks! At the end of the phone call she hung up on me! She wouldn’t let me talk and she was not professional at all!

1 /5 Tristen Deltona: You can definitely bloody tell that its a COVID season considering half the people there have no idea what theyre doing and act like youre the one wasting time. Id say they have the experience of random homeless people that were given a paperwork job but at least a homeless person would understand how necessary an SSI check is and wouldnt take half an hour only to tell you that youve been declined. This would be a 3 to 4 star it it was 2018 or 2019, but since COVID hit this place is unbearable. If I could drive Id spend 6 hours driving to Syracuse instead because even that would be better.

1 /5 Drew Norris: If I could give a no star review I would. Pretty sure how they do things is illegal. They don’t send you paperwork when it’s time to review your snap benefits so they just get cut off. This is the era of covid where do you find the audacity? So now it’s Saturday no way to call them and see why I don’t have my food stamps and on top of it I guarantee when I call on Monday they will give me an attitude and spin it around to being my fault. Very unprofessional very unpleasant very ignorant… if I could take them to court for abuse and misuse I would!

1 /5 Office of Dr. James Lentini, DPM PLLC: Called 7/1 and no answer the first time. It is not a holiday or weekend or day of observance that I am aware of. The phone just kept ringing and ringing, then it disconnected me and it went back to a dial tone. I called back a second time and kept a tally of how many times the phone rang - a total of 34x - and still no answer. I am calling from a provider office advocating on behalf of a patient and they dont even answer for us.
