2 /5 Marco Di Pasquale: This group was horrible to deal with and I am pretty positive the way they are getting payment up front from students prior to their Financial Aid packages go through are ridiculous. I would read the fine print and also really think twice on renting from them.

5 /5 Lauren VanRoy: Paradigm has been so great over the past two years that my friends and I rented from them! They are very accommodating, and always able to help with anything you may need for the house. Their properties are some of the nicest student housing I have seen in Cortland, we absolutely love our house. They are so attentive and always immediately send one of their maintenance men whenever something is needed. We have had a great experience with them and are terribly sad to be leaving!

Speaking from experience their apartments are some of the nicest, if not the nicest, student housing apartments in Cortland. They make the entire off campus experience easy and less intimidating. Having trash, laundry, and electricity included is a huge plus. Another thing Paradigm is exceptionally good at is handling issues you may have. Whenever you get locked out or if something isn’t working properly in the apartment they are always quick to come help. I highly recommend renting from Paradigm Properties to any student looking to move off campus.

5 /5 Jaime Radler: While searching for off campus housing, I came across my true second home. This year has been the best of all 3 of my years at SUNY Cortland. I became close with the most amazing 7 girls and I have no one to thank for that but Paradigm Properties. Living off campus was more than a breeze than I ever thought it would be. Paradigm offers free parking, free laundry, fully-furnished housing, many more amenities, and constant availability from their staff. Taryn at Paradigm Properties was very quick to respond to all of my concerns throughout the year, making her extremely easy to work with! Living away from my true home in Long Island, there were concerns that came with it such as me not feeling at home, and not feeling comfortable or safe. I can assure anyone considering signing with Paradigm Properties that it was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. The staff is amazing and helpful, and does anything and everything to comply with their renters. The location of their office is great, and in walking distance of our home! I cannot wait to spend another year with Paradigm Properties.

5 /5 Olivia Schneider: This was my first year living off campus and signing with Paradigm was the best decision my friends and I could of made! The process was super easy and all the staff at the office are very helpful! Paradigm offers affordable priced housing and great amenities such as free parking, free laundry, and a tv included in the living room! Paradigm is also very helpful when it comes to needing any sort of repairs done, if you send an email they’ll be there that day! I am so happy with Paradigm that I resigned my lease for next year! Thank you Paradigm Properties for making this house my home away from home!
