Kerry Demarest Anytime I have a client (Im a bookkeeper) who wants to change banks but remain local, I recommend CFCU. This has been the case even before they hired Shine who handles business accounts. But its Shine who is so helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable that makes me appreciate this bank so much Im writing a review. Since I only work with small businesses, its a fairly old-school concept that I get a real, dedicated person to assist with my accounts. It used to be like that with all the banks here, but that kind of relationship with a bank has been disappearing for years. Thank you Shine for all your help with all my clients all the time! Such a brave thing for a Bank to open in such an area and they provided services, facilitated Non-Profit services, educated the community and its kids in finance and provided loans and services to underserved Bronx Businesses. From her expertise, kind personality, and attentiveness, I knew I was in good hands. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work and providing exceptional customer service. I had a lot of questions during the process and Ellen put me at ease by answering every single one and making sure I truly understood the response. This branch is very welcoming and the team is just as amazing.

Shauna McIntyre If I could leave negative stars, I would! This company is the worst. And God forbid you ask to speak to a supervisor. They will NEVER answer in call. And the 72 hours to call you back is a joke! They will document your account that they attempted but wont actually call you. This company just wants your money but wont provide you with customer service. They will continue to schedule withdrawals from your bank thousands after accounts and fees have been paid. I dont trust that they wont try to steal that extra money. You will be better off negotiating your own balances and payments with the companies you owe and actually be able to save money in the long run. The fees you pay this company end up costing you just as much as the financial balances you submit. Save your money time and respect because this company does not care about their clients, just the money that can steal from them. Global holdings will sift money from your account without documentation of what its for, beware, and watch your funds!
