5 /5 Hollie Wallis: Have had to call these guys more times than I can count in the last 6 months with my starting there this fall. Always so happy, helpful and non judgmental. Made me feel better about sending my son 8 hours away
1 /5 Arianna Russo: Waited in line to speak to someone for 32 minutes. When the representative picked up the phone he hung up immediatley. Service seems a little unacceptable for a school costing over 75k a year.
Again, I tried to call and the answering machine said they were closed but also stated that they were open during the hour I called and on the day? Please get it together

Connor At least the last time I was there super friendly and accommodating!! I ask if they could wear disposable gloves during the transaction because they handle money all day. The manager is amazing and always accommodating. Def recommend over the Latham branch if you can avoid going there I would go to Troy!!
