The volatility and the normal fluctuations of the markets can be nerve racking and/or emotionally distressing but I have been and continue to be confident in the Strategic approach, experience, attention to suitability requirements and hands on, 24/7, availability and communication. I have never waited more than a few hours for an answer to a question, advice or direction. I cannot recommend Strategic highly enough…these people really care.

K. C. There are case workers who always show they care and ones who care, but are overworked. One must remember these important workers deal with a lot of stress and I am sure that takes its toll. My pipes burst and I went through a whole tank of gas. I was really distraught and the Supervisor approved extra HEAP assistance. This year my heater is not working and Doug, the director of HEAP made sure it was serviced. He then directed me to a program that could help me with a thermostat. I cant imagine how stressful it is for these workers right now with the pandemic. As a disabled person, I am thankful for them.
