Every time you call you have to wait 45-50 min to talk to a person. They were supposed to take my mothers RMD off the top for 2012 and never did it, despite our written requests and multiple phone calls. Misinformation was also given.
Jennifer Folks were great! I arrived early, and was given a dock immediately. Docking is inside the garage doors, I was docked, unloaded and on my way in less than 30 minutes! I hope to be able to deliver there again
