John Thor Does anybody even work there no one answers the phones you get the one nice lady that is at the reception desk shes been there for years but when you try and talk to one of your caseworkers no one calls you back no matter how many times too small of a town too much elbow rubbing too much favoritism and just reading the other comments Im not alone Shannon Ward does not pick up the phone for anything got to love liberal New York

Edwin Rojas They have been nothing but perfect! As an Online student I dread calling in. But every time I have called in nothing but perfect and nice and professional over the phone. And remember people always have bad days, just because one person gave you an attitude does not mean they are always like this. We all have bad days.
