Chris Dewards I’ve worked with several financial planning firms over the years, and candidly, most left me frustrated, whether due to inexperience, high turnover, poor follow-through, poor or rushed service, and a general sense that I was just part of the assembly line. Rich Lang Great staff, decent mid level regional bank. Honestly it would be better if their Tech was more like the bigger banks. My current balance vs available balance rarely match. It’s a slow system… pending transactions are also finicky… otherwise they hold my money and if there ever is a problem its resolved fast and satisfactorily.
