Katongo Chama Horrible horrible experience Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.

Alicia Saunders Anand Financial delivers the best service in Queens. His staff is professional, fast and efficient. Covid guidelines are strictly followed and the girl in front is on top of it ! She will tell you like it is, as she should. (We are still in a pandemic and tax season is in full effect, so cool ya self.) Anand is a pleasant man and is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I had some screw ups on my taxes from payroll, Anand made me feel very comfortable by explaining and breaking down the issues. See you again in 2022 !

Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.
