5 /5 Sean Brannen: Ive been having my taxes done most of my life with H&R Block. I have never had a bad experience and will always go to them for my tax prep. They are always up to date with newest info to help you save. Highly recommend them!

1 /5 Cynthia K: If I could give a negative feedback i would. I filed my taxes in February 2019. It is now June 3rd, and I am JUST NOW hearing about my stuff and how it is STILL not properly filed. Horrible customer service. Took my $200 and then passed my stuff onto a different H&R in Oneonta. Also horrible at contacting clients. For about 90% of my tax experience, it has been done through email. Of course this was after I paid.
