1 /5 Carol Goca: LIARS!!!! They don’t do their job right, they don’t investigate and they also violate peoples rights. I have never had to deal with cps thank god because they are the most horrible people and they think they can play God with peoples lives. They all need to pray for forgiveness and hope they go to heaven but I doubt it. I have never met such rude nasty women in my life oh and they also screen calls. They have very poor work ethic’s. If I could give them a negative star that’s what they would have because they don’t even deserve one star

4 /5 K. C.: There are case workers who always show they care and ones who care, but are overworked. One must remember these important workers deal with a lot of stress and I am sure that takes its toll. My pipes burst and I went through a whole tank of gas. I was really distraught and the Supervisor approved extra HEAP assistance. This year my heater is not working and Doug, the director of HEAP made sure it was serviced. He then directed me to a program that could help me with a thermostat. I cant imagine how stressful it is for these workers right now with the pandemic. As a disabled person, I am thankful for them.

4 /5 Jenny benny: I unfortunately have been involved with CPS in Catskill New York at the the building there and I have always always had people employees that wanted to help NOT ONLY my 3 precious perfect children but MYSELF as well. employees that were never rude employees that did their jobs and unfortunately I have to admit that it’s my fault I ever had to be involved in the system to begin with, multiple times.I can say that I learned a lot from a lot of the employees Terry Schaeffer would be one of them she was like a guardian angel to me Nikki was another one and jennifer who was absolutely wonderful annd This yas years ago JENN WILL STIILL STOPme in the street or at the store and always ask how I am and then ask how the kids are and school at Satoru she genuinely cares about the well-being of first the children which I’m grateful for and then for me my family it’s not always about the children especially when I’m doing good she cares and when I’m doing bad she helps and still cares. I can easily admit that some of the women or man that I have met my first impression was that they were rude and look down on me and did not care about the well-being of my family but you treat people as you want to be treated and you be honest and if you really want to do the right thing then you try your hardest to do it everybody falls but you get back up again and they’re always there to help you unfortunately there is a horrible stigma going around and always probably has about CPS but if we love our children like we say we do then we need to get the help that we need to be good parents and they’re always willing to give that whether you think you need it or not, you’re going to get it....

1 /5 DR smith: Rude unhelpful people at information window, God forbid you ask the employees at the information window to explain the process for the reason your there, I really dont think she knew the answers. Dont ever go close to lunch time you will be rushed away . I cant believe the whole place shuts down for lunch.
