Geneia Rood I just got off the phone with a woman named Lynn and she was extremely rude to me as well my public assistance was denied and I was just asking why and she said “you did not report that u applied for unemployment” then said that when she looked to see if I had applied and that they hav acess to see if I did that I didn’t! I was very confused and with all of the call volumes of calls to unemployment I wasn’t able to get through for weeks! At the end of the phone call she hung up on me! She wouldn’t let me talk and she was not professional at all!

Paul Rector Korina is awesome. She is prompt and very helpful. She is patient with me. As a business owner I am very busy and on the go, she finds time to work around my schedule. We meet monthly and go over my business finances it helps me to cut back on items that I dont need and make adjustments in other areas. She helped me when I was in a jamb. To me that says a lot.
