1 /5 Kevin Johnson: Absolutely terrible experience. The person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to listen. Instead of giving me space to respond or reach out on my own time, they blew up my phone and even went so far as to contact my family, without permission and without giving me the decency of a callback window.
They tried to pressure me into paying them right this moment and setting up payments I clearly stated I couldn’t afford, adding even more financial stress to an already difficult situation.
What they’re doing isn’t customer service, it’s emotional pressure. They call with the clear intention of frazzling you, rushing you, and making you feel so ashamed or overwhelmed that you just agree to pay something, anything, to get them off the phone. It’s not about solving anything. It’s about cornering you in a moment of vulnerability.
They talk down to you like your situation doesn’t matter, refuse to explain anything in plain terms, and act like asking questions is an inconvenience. Its manipulative, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
Avoid them if you can. They dont offer support, they create more problems.

Also, when you go to their website to "look at your account," you NEVER receive the email verification to verify the account. This means theyre just capturing the information and getting people to verify their information.
