I went in to process a transfer, and the banker Fiza, took me readily within minutes of my arrival. As she processed my wire, she also noticed accounts that were not fitting for me as they were unused, she then proceeded with my approval to close the accounts so that I did not have to continue to pay account fees, and also returned a $30 maintenance fee back to me. She’s is great for spotting the lack of usage and seeking my banking interest. Thank you Fiza.
