Mrs R Koni Best bank Ive ever done business with. All other banks had hidden fees, did not offer "real" time banking, and were just stressful to deal with. Ive been a member of vfcu for four years now and no problems at all. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable, and know me by name. Only downside that I can think of, its very hard to reach a live representative by phone.

Alicia Saunders Anand Financial delivers the best service in Queens. His staff is professional, fast and efficient. Covid guidelines are strictly followed and the girl in front is on top of it ! She will tell you like it is, as she should. (We are still in a pandemic and tax season is in full effect, so cool ya self.) Anand is a pleasant man and is extremely knowledgeable. Even though I had some screw ups on my taxes from payroll, Anand made me feel very comfortable by explaining and breaking down the issues. See you again in 2022 !

Mary Sullivan The Tompkins Trust company has been my primary bank since I moved to Ithaca in 1966. Have briefly tried other banks but TCTC has the best locations and number of ATMs. They handled our mortgage , checking and home equity loans with courtesy and full disclosure.

Andrew Burns The most dedicated staff you will ever see at a bank. The only negative is that the hours are difficult to work around if you work full time during the week. Often the only way to get to the bank would be to use a majority of my lunch break. Would highly recommend if you are able to use them.

Emily Noonan I would shout this recommendation from the rooftops if I could! Laura and Katelynn were so helpful for every step of the way. I had called many brokers and bank mortgage lenders to see if they would be a good fit and I was always frustrated. Not with Guaranteed Rate. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and was able to ease my anxiety through the whole process. Love them!
