Nadine Elliott Jennifer at the Canton SBDC has been an invaluable help with both opening and maintaining my small business. She is incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to contact. She not only helped me create my business plan and apply for grants, but when I needed assistance with bookkeeping almost a year after I opened, she was able to explain unfamiliar concepts to me clearly and patiently all while offering great suggestions and support. Jo Suss First bad experience I had. I Had stopped to get cash in two certain amounts. Wanted two separate amounts. Because, 1- I Had to pay a bill in a specific amount . The Teller in Guilderland wasnt very friendly. We had a miscommunication and he did apologize. Then there was a period of silence while I waited for my other withdrawal amount. He then said oh I didnt understand you. I finally completed the transaction. Was going to the back entrance looking for a rest room. He exclaimed you cant go out that way across the whole branch. Said I was looking for the restroom, and said there wasnt one for the public to use. I never have a problem going to other branches. They are especially courteous and very friendly service in Johnstown or Gloversville, NY. Still love this bank!
