Steven Price Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

manon fancher Just opened two accounts at this fabulous bank. I was surprised at how easy and smoothly it went. Usually it takes a lot longer. I got checks, debit card, two accounts in a short time. All questions answered. Only question I have is why would I ever bank anywhere else. The people who work there are really wonderful.

Ashley Wheeler DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN WITH ESL. THEY ARE THE WORSE. My suv almost paid off I been paying for late fee since 2021 they adding $132.00 extra to my loan for late fee when I was already paying off the late fees when I made my car payment I own. I have called ESL 3 times and speak to a manger and nothing. Do not get a car loan with them all I have to say. I have not had my SUV since September bc the timing chain went but I am still paying my payment and they do this its not ok...
