We were not only thrilled by the success of the estate sale, but also the professionalism and courtesy that they gave our family during this overwhelming time. I did observe the interactions with Janine as well as Jim and the customers, and I saw nothing but respect and honest pricing. They did give people discounts when they spent a certain amount as opposed to half off the deal which I appreciated. And the prices were half off the last day.
