Ive also had some issues with my account "not their fault or mine" and they were very helpful straightening it out. As far as posts about lines. There are also Kiosks and Ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

Randy Gregory It was around the 1st of the month and the store had a lot of volume, meaning many customers on line. Despite the customers being very rude, to other customers and extremely being rude to the employees, there was 1 employee that was working and defused the whole situation. After my transition I found out that it was the manager of the store and she showed 100% curtesy that every customer should receive. Her name was Annie. So if you every step foot in this location you should ask for her because i am sure you will receive the service you deserve
