V Chavez TERRIBLE customer service... I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out

Steve Roshia Many years ago when I was looking to buy my first house, community bank was willing to work with me when no other banks would. I was young, I had ok Financials and pretty good credit but not the best. They treated me with respect and were very transparent. We were able to make a plan with the money I had, and I got the house. I still live in that house, and I wont soon forget how gracious community bank was throughout the buying process.

Blanche Torain I had a serious issue with my bank account, it was tagged for Identity theft. This took place on the 4th of July weekend. I went in on Saturday the 5th and Matt did all he could to help me but the department that could verify and unlock my account wasnt able to do so until. Monday. First thing in Monday morning l was there. Unfortunately my account was unable to be unlocked due to being flagged, that was for my protection. I can truly say the time patience professionalism and knowledge that Matt showed was unbelievable. He got me set up with my new account transferred my funds explain how to use Zelle and remained so polite and compassionate through the process. Matt represents TD Bank at its Best.
