1 /5 EJ M: So yesterday was the last day to file and I have not heard from your office so Im assuming my taxes were not done for Pennsylvania so I will find another accountant to do them for Pennsylvania and for all the years to come after 15 years and several referrals this is how you get treated? 6 weeks ago I was in and as usual waited because Malcolm has not made a morning appointment on time in 10 years! I have not gotten any responses from Malcolm personally on anything going on after several emails and phone calls and obviously my Pennsylvania taxes were blown off. Let me guess you do not want to repeat yourself.. well you have to respond to somebody at least once before you can claim you are repeating yourself. Try denying me as a client when I post my review. Terrible service.. if you decide to use Malcolm be leery he will only help you if he feels like it you will sit in his office and listen to multiple clients call while youre there yelling at him and he will just laugh and says Ill call you back but he never will call you back terrible terrible accounting services put up with it through the years for my quarterlies and taxes and it was a huge mistake should have listened to my gut and went to somebody else many years ago now this years taxes were not even filed only two out of three were and that is with 10 reminders six emails and four phone calls after being in the office 6 weeks ago and paying in full they will cash your payment right away but not provide the service you will get ripped off. I guess you can add liar to the review based on owners response about contacting and answering. No email responses and all calls are to the office with no incoming calls back. And this is not an isolated incident on the sale of the business they failed to respond for two months pushing closing dates out not responding to the client my attorney or the purchasers attorney with questions they have also filed quarterly taxes late causing additional penalties Etc I could post even more emails and call logs as proof but you get the message with just this instance use somebody else or you will be disappointed. What kind of person does not confront the owner? How do you confront somebody when they do not return your calls? The emails were the confrontation when you do not call your client back.
