Andrew Burns The most dedicated staff you will ever see at a bank. The only negative is that the hours are difficult to work around if you work full time during the week. Often the only way to get to the bank would be to use a majority of my lunch break. Would highly recommend if you are able to use them.

Will Kesecker I had the pleasure of meeting Russell to discuss my financial future. This has been a stressful topic for my wife and and really hoped to find someone that could point us in the right direction in how to manage or investments. Russell was up for the task, He sat us down and explained the different things we can do to ensure or financial safety as we grow older. He made us feel like we where a friend of the family and not just another client to add to his list. He made sure that we understood the different risk levels and what he felt would fit us best! In the end I left the meeting feeling empowered and ready to take on the next step in life to provide myself and my family the life style we have worked so hard to get! Thank you again Russell for putting us at ease and showing us that this is a very manageable process with the right people on my team!!!!

joshhill212 Pretty great Department Of Social Security. Never any long lines, & am always seen the same day for walk-ins. The Social Workers are always kind & helpful. These people have helped me through some very hard times more than they could ever know. I very much appreciate them. However, sometimes they do fail to call back the same day, when they say they will. Although, that is an issue with every institution where I am told I will receive a call back. At least with Madison County DSS, most of the time if I dont get a call back the same day, I do still receive a call back the following day (Which Is Still Far Better Than Most).

Craig Zachary Been trying to liquidate an account since November 22nd, 2017 after I received notice it would roll into an IRA. Company hasnt been able to deliver to address on profile originally, updated address on 12/28/17 after multiple failures getting to my address. Now its 1/11/18 and I had to call once again to figure out why I havent received payment. Gentleman on the phone had an attitude with me when I got annoyed that despite documentation sent to them to change my address - they still sent it to the old address. We will be going almost two months without receiving anything. I am glad I do not have to utilize this company for investment options anymore.
