Gary Langton Despite a rocky start with MHVFCU where my customer service experience was less than stellar, Theresa Higgins took charge of the customer service issue to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! Kudos to Theresa and MHVFCU for their commitment to customer service.

They always return calls promptly even though we dont have a huge portfolio. I get my taxes done with them as well and the tax department is efficient. Their office is beautiful and peaceful but not ostentatious, and they are excellent hosts so it is easy to be comfortable while doing business there.
