She is incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to contact. She not only helped me create my business plan and apply for grants, but when I needed assistance with bookkeeping almost a year after I opened, she was able to explain unfamiliar concepts to me clearly and patiently all while offering great suggestions and support. Jennifer continues to give me great advice and has even introduced me to some other local professional services to help my business. It is mind blowing that a professional service this incredible is easily accessible and free! I cannot recommend the SBDC enough for anyone considering opening their own business, or even if you are already in business and struggling.
