1 /5 John H. Jeon: "I called multiple times to schedule a service, but no one ever answered. So, I decided to visit the branch in person. When I arrived, they told me to scan a QR code and wait. I waited for over 1 hour, only to realize they were serving some people who weren’t even on the list. The service was absolutely terrible."
1 /5 Dimitri: TERRIBLE!!! It took 40 mins to close my account. They messed up when closing my account which took an extra 20 minutes. They also offer no benefits to having an account with them. 0.02% interest rate on a savings. Dog water app as well
1 /5 Kap Singh: They dont even deserve 1 star...the worst bank you can bank with..I just moved most of my $$ to Orange Bank....they never answer the phone ... i had a fraud on my account...it took the rep 3 hours of my time to just dispute the charge...I just tried to deposit a check for a friend but they deny me ..told me its bank policy they cant accept but TD were doing business with drug dealers and got caught and had to pay a huge fine...Stay away from TD in NEW CITY!
1 /5 Tina Mulligan: I came in with someone to open up an account. I asked to use the restroom. The banker I was with directed me to the restroom. However, the signs on both bathrooms said "employees only." The manager told me I couldnt use it! I found this incredibly rude and inconsiderate of a new customer. Im so happy I closed my own TD bank account years ago! Im only here to help someone else. Shame on you TD Bank! I will personally never patronize this bank again.
1 /5 D E: 0/5 star rating! Checks did not clear for 2-3 weeks. Had to go into the branch to ask what the problem was. Super rude regional manager asked how/where I got my money(none of his business) I work hard for my money. Had the tellers count out my savings and left the same day, never looked back and have told everyone to avoid TD at all cost. Cause it will cost you, they hit you for every fee possible!

Taj McWilliams The staff there is very Rude and unprofessional. Peter Amorosi is a disgrace to the town and swears to the public assuming he has authority over us which he has non. Very rude and unprofessional. Star ratings is a 1 for there rude personnel. There is a Cop who violated an auditor’s rights and should be reprimanded. He did no investigation and violated a person’s first amendment right. Fix this Now!!!!!
