Arvin Ghias Very bad attitude & I hope management will talk to them. People are in the line & only one teller is working and have bad attitude problems. All I asked how long will it take. She just doesn’t care. Management should communicate with their employees. It’s very competitive market & it’s not monopoly. I know why the reviews are below 2.5.

V Chavez TERRIBLE customer service... I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out

Cindy Fata Steve Silber has been extremely helpful in getting my finances in order. Time and again, he has gone the extra mile to insure that everything is thorough and complete. He is prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, explaining with knowledge and patience.
