5 /5 Yvonne Jehenson: I cannot be accused of recommending Trustco Bank too highly, because it is actually worth what seems to be a hyperbole and it is not. It is truly a marvelous bank, primarily because of its personnel. I have had personal contact, with two of their personnel, namely, Ms Diane Dratz who is the Branch Manager, and Ms.Karin Sterritt, who handles personal and business banking In fact I was still in Oxford, UK when the bank was recommended to me by friends in the US. I opened an account then, and have been with them here in the US for four years. They are simply wonderful: professional, caring, informed, and, above all, systematically accurate. Recently, I had an encounter with what could have been a fraudulent incident that could have compromised my accounts. These two professionals immediately alerted me, ensured that the accounts were protected, and kept in touch with me through the entire procedure. That is the security we expect in our banks--it is not one that we always get. I cannot recommend Trustco Bank too highly, because there is no exaggeration in saying they are excellent. The caliber and professionalism of their personnel as embodied in Ms. Dratz and Ms. Sterritt certainly attests to that.
