1 /5 Guillermo Sanchez: There is an air of indifference, i.e. avoidance to extend a helpful hand. The upper management of this CITIBANK location seems to hide behind bureaucratic policy rather than to lend helpful assistance. It’s the way they justify doing less work. when you really need help, they are indifferent. This may be so for other branches and other banks, but I take my business somewhere else and I am going to.

5 /5 Dohyun Lee: An excellent branch and location ! As busy as they are, the waiting lines move rather quickly and customers are treated professionally and personably. Michael Saccardo, their wealth relations manager provides EXCELLENT trusting and supportive rapport with clients who need assistance with their future financial and investment endeavors.

1 /5 mercy osei: A very incompetent cashier Citibank new city. who does not know how to do wire transfer but did it anyway anyhow. The money was going into a foreign account internationally, she transferred the money in the local currency so the money got there and it could not be placed in to foreign account. It took about 2 weeks or so for the money to be returned and l lost 1700 dollars I mean if you are not sure of what you are doing ask another cashier. I used to work in a bank in my country SSB-Bank. No one is perfect but don’t let anyone loose his or her hard earned money. I gave that person to God. I am an RN here in the US worked hard to loose my money due to someone’s incompetency
