Shea Lynch I used their services when I was employed at an Albany based company. Initially I liked using their services and relied on their expertise. However after a couple no show meetings, being ghosted when I reached out to them to reschedule, I cannot recommend them as a professional service UPDATE: I updated this review to 4 stars after Jose reached out personally to apologize. While we are still not going to use their service, I do appreciate the commitment to better communication.

Lastly if communication is important to you they have a proactive seevice model, I am constantly getting unprovoked updates!
