Hallie Licciardo Have spent three days dealing with this bank. Was applying for a car loan, they said they needed additional paperwork and I told them I would have the paperwork today. Instead they ran the loan and said they weren’t waiting for proof of income. Ran my credit 3 times just to deny the loan without any proper information because they couldn’t wait an hour.

Tammy Graham I have multiple accounts with Chemung and I love the girls up on the Hanshaw branch near my office. Unlike a previous bank I had, its nice to see the same faces every time I go in. There is no employee turn-around here which says a lot for the bank. There are just a few tweaks that I wish the checking accounts could do.
