This spring all my policies were up for renewal in June. My previous agent who had been with for years retired. I took that opportunity to look into upgrade my policies and saving Some money. That when I had a conversation with Lisa. She reviewed my policies and found a couple of issues that were costing me extra. I was able to get a refunded on the overcharged items. Lisa came back with premiums on my three policies that saved me some money. I was able to cancel my existing policies and get a full refund. The change over went smoothly and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you
