1 /5 Jennifer M: If i can give 0 stars i will ! I file my 2022 taxes with them and its 2024 and i received a letter from the IRS saying my taxes were never filed and i will face penalty ! I called Shuba and he told me call him back the next day just to NEVER pick up my phone call. His little secretary made sure she knew my number so none Of them pick up my calls ! I will be reporting them to BBB ! STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! THEY ARE THIEVES !

2 /5 Vanice Whyte: Services this year has been so poorly, everytime I called to and ask to speak to Mr Chuba hes never there all when he is, his receptionist are untrustworthy, with this tax person for so many years, this year has been the worst, the lack of communication is utterly distasteful. 2 weeks, even a month will pass no information, no return of calls, you dont know the status of your tax returns nothing. Get it together ladies. Stay off yall phones and deal with the customers in the correct and mindful way, plus learn some manners, cause whew yall lack that big time.

1 /5 kathy daniel: RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I filed my taxes 2 years in a row with this company. Due to the pandemic I filed for unemployment since I got furloughed from my job and really didn’t want to pay a tax preparers fee. However all my friends that filed with turbo taxes had to pay money back to the irs for the unemployment benefits received. Because I wanted an explanation and detailed summary of what I was paying back I actually went to see Chuba that claims to be a professional but really is not in no way, shape or form. I made it clear about my unemployment situation and how I didn’t know if I owed anything, I was reassured by Chuba that I didn’t have to pay back anything. Fast forward a year later I get a bill from the Irs saying I owe them thousands. The negligence of this preparer is obvious please do yourself and run
