2 /5 Vanice Whyte: Services this year has been so poorly, everytime I called to and ask to speak to Mr Chuba hes never there all when he is, his receptionist are untrustworthy, with this tax person for so many years, this year has been the worst, the lack of communication is utterly distasteful. 2 weeks, even a month will pass no information, no return of calls, you dont know the status of your tax returns nothing. Get it together ladies. Stay off yall phones and deal with the customers in the correct and mindful way, plus learn some manners, cause whew yall lack that big time.
