5 /5 Kathryn DeGroat: I was very pleased with the services provided. I had always prepared my own taxes for the past twenty years. I moved to NY last August and knew I needed someone to prepare my taxes. I Googled CPA near me and found Thomson. I called and got an appointment. I provided my information and documentation. They did an excellent job,and were reasonable in their fees. I plan to use them next year,even though my taxes will be less complicated. Very pleased with Thomson.

1 /5 Wykiem Anderson: Still waiting on my taxes she/they filed my taxes with the wrong information ( wrong address twice). I filed in march still waiting on my taxes. I’m a landlord and investor also work a 9-5 job for the state of NY . I’ve always done my taxes myself never had a problem until I was referred by a friend to use this service. They charged me 350 dollars and I only own one rental property. This service is for people with kids no jobs who get a huge return every year . Establish people who want there taxes done right stay far away choose another service . This is my own experience i just wanted to share. Once they make errors with your taxes good luck speaking to them and I hope you have patience because you will be waiting 16 weeks for your tax return if you get one

She will ensure you get the best return without breaking the bank. She’s also very helpful with answering questions in regards to keeping your books organized which is the key to a successful business. I will more than likely use Asia for the rest of my career!

2 /5 Steven Sweet: Previous years I would have rated it higher. But this year, the person I have been dealing with has been anything but helpful. The way it is now, I am questioning his professionalism. I asked for a return call, and it seemed like he was trying to block it. Every time I question something, he just deferred it. I dont feel comfortable with the way my taxes have been done this year at all. In addition, no one has answered the phone all season. Now its April 21st, and I still get no answer, and when I get transferred to the voicemail, it says the mailbox is full. Thats on both numbers. Really questioning.. . **** Update, you and I spoke yesterday, and I I told you the name of the person I had been dealing with that works for your firm. Also, the number Ive been dialing is correct as we discussed. I told you I would be calling you today so that I could drop off my forms and answer any questions. However, once again, I was not able to get through on the phone. The primary number was busy busy busy, the second line did the same thing its been doing right along, rings until it tells you to leave a message, and then it says mailbox is full. We talked about this yesterday, yet it happened again. So I had to just drop off my arms without speaking with you.
