Finally I said “ listen to what I am saying “ Lexi was rude and not helpful. All you get is “I’m sorry” they is protocol! Finally I said the words “I’m sorry “ only truly mean something when behavior is changed. What behavior are you going to change? Or is that another way for you not to help?” No answer! Could not answer. All I asked was to release $20 of the tellers check I deposited today! They refused and said it won’t be available for 2 days because I moved to Tennessee and was convinced to stay with them and used shared banking. Lie lie lie!! You can go there if you want to wait 3-5 days for your money. In this economy I needed $20 to get gas to get home that night! Nope! They would not be kind and let me get to my own money. They are mean and uncaring human beings. I wouldn’t even call them people! Kindness goes a long way! You need to learn that!
