1 /5 Mary R: If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting

1 /5 Danielle H: Couldn’t make my car payment because they shut their ATMs off and wouldn’t take my debit card since it was just after 4. If I didn’t have to sit in line for 20 minutes I would of been able to make the payment before 4. If you see there is a long line than why shut your machines off right at 4? So I had to go find an ATM just to pay a fee to take out the exact same amount and get back in line and wait again.

1 /5 Rob: Currently on the phone unable to reach a human being during business hours. I refuse to talk to bloody machine. Its quite literally been 20 minutes so far. Completely unacceptable.

1 /5 Dusty Fuller: I came to this bank because my bank in town closed. The people in this bank are very nice. This is not on them. However, the bank is slow and sluggish. I am here on a Saturday morning to pay my credit card bill and it took 15 to 20 minutes to get it done. I had to wait in line with 10 or so other people in a cramped entryway so it is hard for people to exit. Only two tellers on and their systems take forever. If i want to go to this bank i have to embrace that i will have my time wasted. Very slow, very sluggish to get things done. I actually regret signing up for this bank and hate going there. The absolute worst.

1 /5 Dusty Fuller: 15 minutes wasted standing in line to deposit money. update after owner response You say this is a longer than usual wait time. Its my experience that every single time ai come into that bank its at least a 15 minute wait. Its actually " Sorry for the usual wait time".
