keudy deoleo Worst customer service, they don’t care if they sell or not because I guess this business is family owned. Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality. They are never open on time so don’t waste your time showing up whatever time is posted.

Kathleen Lombardo This place was such a great find for my husband and I. My engagement ring was purchased from them and we went back to get our wedding bands and our gifts to one another. They custom-made my band wedding band to fit my engagement ring perfectly. It’s unique, gorgeous and they gave us a great deal! My favorite part is they let us hand pick the stones and view them under a microscope. They were super accommodating, answered alllll of our questions and were always warm, kind and knowledgeable. This really is an excellent business. The prices are affordable and we knew all along we were in good hands.

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
