1 /5 henry montgomery: Who ever Diane is needs to be retrained on phone etiquette or fired! I only called it to give an agent some if.nformation that they needed and got yelled at like child because shes not qualified enough to write down a message. I hung up. Ill call back and make one more attempt but Im sure Ill get more of the same. Im sure the Burns agency can thank Diane for losing business. They should probably monitor her phone skills. She needs some serious training and probably even some anger classes.
