I reached out to Kristi and Karen and they came out to meet me at my company and review the multiple options that they offer. They then scheduled a day to come out for open enrollment and educated our employees on the benefits they offer and switched employees from current coverage to new insurance. Open enrollment was a breeze and our employees all left filled with knowledge of the services they were going to receive! They also have checked in with us to make sure everything is going okay, help with the removal or addition of employees etc. Great Customer service, very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer, kind, friendly are just a few traits that Northern Insuring Agency brokers offer!
