She was helpful to me after I expressed my concerns about my policy and a quote I was recently given and she didn’t have to go the extra mile but she did and I’m forever grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. 5 /5 Nithin: I’ve been working with Brenda since 2020 for my auto insurance with State Farm agent , and she has been incredibly helpful. She helped me find a reasonable insurance rate compared to other big companies that were charging me much more. When I added my brother to my policy, my premium went up a little, but Brenda was able to give me a student discount, which made a big difference. She always responds quickly to my emails and makes sure everything is clear. Recently, Brenda introduced me to her colleague Katia to help me get homeowners insurance as a first-time homebuyer. Katia is very knowledgeable and helped me secure a policy at a great rate, which is a huge relief given how expensive living in New York can be. Her guidance made the process smooth and stress-free. Both Brenda and Katia have been amazing, and I really appreciate their help. I look forward to continuing my business with them in the future

1 /5 Dylan Gleeson: Don’t waste your time. I called several times to move forward with a quote they have given me. Each time was told they would call me right back to move forward. 3 hours later I call again and get the same response of they’ll call me back. Go to any of the other local State Farm agents and face yourself the trouble.
