Kim Bush In the middle of January I emailed Canale Insurance on a Sunday morning asking for a quote for home owner & vehicle coverage and expected a call or email sometime on Monday. Literally within a few minutes I received an email from Dave. Within a few days it was a done deal! He saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS between home & vehicle insurance!! So, took it one step further and had them file our taxes and our daughters and it was very very reasonable for the cost! Stopped in to sign and pay and they took care of the rest!! Best part is they are right around the corner from our house!!! I have emailed Dave a few times for follow up questions and he’s always responded very quickly!!! Saltzman Mike (Magitek) Context: Policy lapsed due to mistaken non-payment. The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.
