I understand that the premium is based on payroll, but the issue here is that the information provided at the time of binding was incomplete or unclear. Had I been made fully aware of how significantly the premium could increase, I would have reconsidered or at least planned differently. A $6,000 jump is not a minor adjustment — it’s a drastic change, and it should have been clearly communicated upfront.
