5 /5 William Gilmore: My senior father-in-law was in a tough situation financially and had his insurance canceled and did not know how to deal with it on his own, nor did he let us know what had happened to his coverage as far as being canceled. I would just like to specifically point out Caroline and Heather at the West 1st Street office in Oswego for their empathy and understanding of the unique situation. They were able to get him reinstated and able to put him at ease. Thank you ladies you guys are the best

5 /5 Ann Greene: Whenever I needed help with my insurance, I was given prompt,professional,friendly service. On some occasions I called for advice and was given assistance immediately. Most recently I had a question about who is responsible if I’m bitten by a dog. May sound silly,but it was a question I had because I sometimes encounter an unfriendly dog on my daily walks. My question was answered . I feel I can call whenever I need help with my car and homeowners insurance as well as any other issue.

Even though distance and service area necessitated ending a longstanding relationship--they were terrific.
