1 /5 Jordan Brown: One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️

1 /5 Tyler Adams: Travelers is bar none one of the shadiest insurance companies I’ve ever been forced to deal with after one of their insurees hit me and they refused to make whole on the damage. Literally ignoring emails lol, scumbags. No wonder everyone hates insurance adjusters you guys are all slime balls Edit: their response is as poorly calculated as their entire business model. “We hide behind our fake care for customer privacy to avoid having our shady dealings aired on a public forum” AVOID AT ALL COST. There’s a reason they have a rating of 1.4 and the only good rating says something about food it’s not even for them LMAO

1 /5 Jocey Feller: Not a good Company for 1st time home owners. It is confusing setting up home insurance already you dont need to deal with crazy insurance lies. Within the course of October - December they cancelled our Insurance twice without telling us. the first time they cancelled it they told us they could hold it since our closing was taking forever. well they cancelled it even after saying that. we finally got them back on the phone re- did our insurance policy and paid again.. they came out and did our home inspection in October. after 3 weeks we recd a letter in the mail stating we needed to replace the roof. this was after the bank, the VA and Roofers who went up on the roof okayd the roof for 5-7 more years. The guy who came out and inspected this roof didnt even go up on the roof and get clear look at it, he looked at it from the ground and saw shingles that were "discolored" therefore they were "rotten". they gave us a week to repair this roof in November and we are in upstate New york our roof is covered in snow. My husband called the company and explained this to them and the woman said we had until Next october when our insurance renewed to get this fixed. Fair enough we planned on doing this.... it is now December and they have cancelled the insurance yet again and now have told me they wont extend the insurance and they have just cancelled it. no sympathy from the insurance place. doesnt like to work with its clients. I will never recommend this place to anyone. we have been screwed over too much in a short time.

1 /5 Heather Bru: I wish I could give a negative 10 your paragraph I dont even have Travelers Insurance one of their drivers rear-ended me it took them over a week to contact me the Arrogant kid on the line that they call an agent argued with me was very unhelpful even asking the same question eight times. I would never consider getting Travelers Insurance I was even told by my beloved body shop but theyre going to end up taking this company to court because theyre not going to want to pay for the damage even though their driver hit me even the officer told him he was at fault. Your paragraph This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional company Ive ever seen for car insurance and I used to work at a couple of dealerships. Please be aware of this scamming company my back door now will not latch it flies open and I still havent even had them look at the car and its been over a week at this point. I am really debating getting a lawyer and making them pay for my lawyer cost as well. 1 /5 Coldblooded King: Monro Put thee wrong oil in our car we file a claim they do nothing from Insurance pint of view at first Monro tried to fix the problem by themselves...over the course of two years of replacing many parts due to this out of pocket because initially we thought the problem was fixed NOT check engine light on over and over finally we have a garage look at our car for 4 days they have Chevy Techs come in and discover that the Timing belt and Actuators were damaged from this wrong oil deal...Now Travelers comes to my home this morning he took pics of the outside of my car and leaves we get a call later saying hes not going to recommend any work done on our car because wrong oil in a vehicle does not affect those parts LOL we send them a link today claiming thats the most common thing that happens. Another Insurance agency trying to save a buck and screw ppl with all going on I figured they would fix what was not our fault now we wait to see if they reconsider being we have two garages that stand by us and actual proof this damage was caused by wrong oil in our car. If not we will take it to Court
