When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years.
